Woman files rape case in Tarlac

A rape case complaint was filed by a woman to Camiling Police Station in Camiling, Tarlac on June 18.

The complainant, Febbie Ann Bagcal, 21, said that she was raped by her common friend, Judel Suelen in an abandoned nipa hut. She stated that she went to her friend’s house to hang out when Suelen asked her to accompany him to buy more liquors and cigarettes. Then, Suelen brought her to the abandoned hut and allegedly raped her.

After the incident, she went to the nearest police station to file a case. She was endorsed by SPO1 Allyn Pellego at Rural Health Unit of Camiling to undergo examination as a part of their investigation.
