Newest Powerpuff Girls member unveiled

The Cartoon Network has revealed that the super-powered trio heroes, The Powerpuff Girls are now quartet.

The Cartoon Network posted in its Twitter account that Bliss, the long-lost sister of Blossom, Bubbles and Buttercup, will be added to the group in one of the most popular and beloved animated series on television, The Powerpuff Girls. Bliss is the older sister of the Powerpuff Girls and is created through the same chemical combination of sugar and spice by Professor Utonium. Accidentally, the professor added the Chemical W instead of Chemical X that made Bliss' power uncontrollable every time she gets angry and because of that, she was sent away for a long time and now she’s having her comeback in Townsville.

The newest character made her onscreen debut in the five-part movie event, The Powerpuff Girls: The Power of Four on September 17. The South African singer Toya Delazy was the voice artist for Bliss. The animated program is now available in the Cartoon Network application.
