Vendor arrested for selling shabu

A 38-year old fish vendor was arrested and caught in the act of selling shabu in Romblon on October 4.
The suspect was identified as Marlo Minano Mortel a.k.a. “Bigboy”, a resident of Barangay II, Poblacion. According to Romblon Police Station, an unidentified person allegedly bought a plastic sachet of shabu amounting to P1,000 from Mortel. This incident has led the police to arrest the suspect and detain him.
Mortel violated the Republic Act 9165, also known as the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
