WPDBA gives school supplies in Alaminos

Alaminos City Mayor Arthur F. Celeste lauds the initiatives and effort of the Western Pangasinan Ballroom Dancing Association (WPBDA) for distributing boots and school supplies to students in public elementary schools of Alaminos on June 29.
WPBDA headed by Mrs. Juanita M. Hawk along with the city government's staff and the supervisors of the Alaminos City Division led by Dr. Danilo C. Sison distributed the supplies to 306 Grade 1 pupils within the 14 identified public elementary schools in the city. In addition, Hawk gladly shared that their activity was in time for the celebration of the association's 4th year anniversary.

Senior Education Program Supervisor Soledad P. Peralta, Education Program Specialist II Diana Marie G. Oiguan, and LGU representatives also assisted during the activity. According to WPBDA President Hawk: “The association was not only organized to gratify our personal satisfaction through dancing but, we are also committed in helping the less fortunate pupils of the city by extending such kind of gift which the pupils may use especially this rainy season.”
