Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) recommended a replacement for Licsi Bridge located at Licsi Manaoag, Pangasinan; a route from Manaoag to Urdaneta City.

This move was initiated because upon inspection, signs of weakened foundation were detected caused by typhoon Ondoy. Due to the emergence of the situation of the said bridge, Engineer Manny Palayen from La Trinidad, Benguet will supervise the ongoing construction project which is expected to be finished by November 2017.
