The construction of Tarlac-Pangasinan-La Union Expressway (TPLEX) 3A3 AND 3A2 is currently operated by Engineer graduates of University of Luzon (UL).

TPLEX is an extension of North Luzon Expressway and Subic–Clark–Tarlac Expressway from Tarlac to Rosario, La Union. Most of the engineers assigned to the project graduated in University of Luzon. These engineers are Engr. Dave Dizon as the structural engineer; Engr. Roldan Ayupan as office engineer; and Engr. Asejo Bundal as the maintenance engineer under Engr. Chris Revilla, the Project and Embankment Engineer from Bicol Region.

This construction project was supported and monitored by the Region I Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) officers.
