Alaminos City initiates SCUBAsurero beach cleanup

In pursuit of preserving the pristine and clean waters of the Hundred Islands National Park, the local government unit (LGU) of Alaminos City spearheaded by Mayor Arthur Celeste undertakes the SCUBAsurero beach cleanup in collaboration with the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) last July 12.

CENRO Alaminos City personnel, Philippine Coastguard, Alaminos PNP, Hundred Islands Hotels, Transients, Restaurants Operators Association (HIHTROA), the city tourism staff, and LGU employees participated in the said cleanup drive.

The City Government of Alaminos is steadfast in continuously undertaking worthwhile activities in maintaining cleanliness of the city's premier tourist destination which will eventually invigorate the city's local tourism industry.
