PNP nabs 2 drug personalities in Lingayen

A newly-identified two drug personalities were arrested in a separate drug buy-bust operation in Lingayen, Pangasinan last July 18.

PNP Lingayen carried out a buy-bust operation at Bengson St., Brgy. Poblacion, Lingayen wherein Jovit Otillano aka “Lupin”, a 30-year old tattoo artist and a resident of Sitio Aplaya, Brgy. Pangapisan North, Lingayen was arrested after being caught with illegal drugs. Police confiscated five-hundred peso marked money, two packages of suspected shabu, and other drug paraphernalia.

PNP simultaneously raided the house of Syan Sison, a tricycle driver and newly identified drug personality in Lingayen where cops found a candy box in his house containing four packs of suspected shabu.
