Dagupan CDRRMO holds disaster preparedness campaign

City Disaster Risk Reduction Management Office (CDRRMO) in Dagupan conducted a campaign and dissemination of information in times of disaster last July 21.

The campaign of Dagupan’s CDRRMO was to inform schools, barangays and various business establishments and to also give away pamphlets containing information on disaster preparedness and other disaster preparedness-related activities like earthquake drill and fire drill.

According to Bernard Cabison of CDRRMO in an interview from DCWM Aksyon Radyo Pangasinan, they have started this campaign with the schools to inform all students for their safety. In the pamphlets that they have distributed, telephone hotlines of their office, PNP and BFP were provided which may be called upon in case of assistance. They are also discussing anti-drugs, anti-bullying, and others.
