Barangays in Calasiao to have potable water

Secluded barangays in Calasiao will now have potable water.

According to Vice Mayor Mahadeva Das Mesina, “At this juncture, they put a water tube in Ambuetel, Nagsaing, Lumbang up to Longos. This priority was given because the focus was more in the northern part of Calasiao and less attention was given to the southern part.”

Based on the memorandum of agreement between the local government and Manila Water Co., the water tube will not affect the irrigation of farmers. The town was hoping to reduce diarrhea cases of the residents now that potable water is available.
