Alaminos CDDRMO conducts Life Support and Basic Aid Training

The Alaminos Local Government Unit (LGU) through the City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (CDRRMO) headed by Mylene Manalastas conducted their three-day Life Support and Basic Training for Junior and Senior High School in Don Leopoldo Sison Convention Center, Alaminos City on September 19-21.
The main purpose of the activity was to raise the youth’s awareness during calamities and in disaster preparedness. The activity will also help ensure a disaster-resilient and climate-adaptive community.
The said training was facilitated by the staffs of CDRRMO and Philippine Red Cross Alaminos City Western Chapter.
