UPANG SHS men’s team defeats DCNHS in DCAA Volleyball League

The PHINMA-University of Pangasinan Senior High School men’s volleyball team defeated the Dagupan City National High School (DCNHS) in a three-set match in Game 2 of the Dagupan City Athletic Association (DCAA) Volleyball League in Dagupan City National High School Gymnasium on October 1.

Team UPANG bounced back after losing the first game in the quarterfinals to DCNHS. Kim Charlie Garcia was the coach of UPANG SHS volleyball team who tallied seven wins and one loss in the elimination round. In the quarterfinals, the team were given a twice-to-beat advantage but lost it when DCNHS had defeated them.

Team UPANG swept DCNHS with the score 25-22, 25-16, and 25-16. Because of the win, the team is now qualified in the semi-finals of the DCAA league.
